Home

I was talking about how a home should be welcoming sanctuary for children and they should be happy to come back home no matter what they had done.  They should know that they are always welcome to home anytime, no preconditions.

I think this concept can also be applied to all family members.  You should be happy to be home and it should not be a place where you dread going home to.  It should be a happy and safe place, physically as well as mentally.

Did you hear the concept of Nature vs Nurture.  The nature versus nurture debate concerns the relative importance of an individual's innate qualities  versus personal experiences  in determining or causing individual differences in physical and behavioral traits.

I am unsure why I am generally so positive and think positive thoughts about peoples actions, but for me that is just who I am.  I know people that are exactly the opposite of me, they take every action and think the worst possible outcome of each and every action.

I am unsure about other people but for me that is just who I am.

I require very little to be happy.  But then conversely I do not like negative people around me.

There are trememdous differenace in how a negative person and a positive person acts.

Example 1:

A positive person will do something.  Fail or succeed, they will try.

A negative person will criticize and say I told you say when you fail, but would not have the courage themselves to do something

Example 2:

A positive person will always trust people.  I maybe wrong, but I will innately trust  you first.

A negative person will not trust you and think about the worst option that is available.

Example 3:

A positive person likes to be surrounded by friends.  I love having people stay with me at the house.

A negative person likes to be with family only.  They do not enjoy others staying at the house.

Anyway I can go on and on, but you get the picture.  The way I think and act will be with a positive attitude.  I will try lots of different things, and I may fail over and over, but I will learn from each failure and keep trying.

All I really need in life is a purpose and a home I am happy to come home to.

But like I have said, I am not here to change anybody to conform to my ways, we each are who we are and my guess us that 75% of our thought process is nature and there is simply nothing you can do to change who you are.  You can maybe change for a short while, but nature will take over.
